Unity Property Management
UNITY is a property management company based in Fresno, CA. It has been around for over 4 decades and providing first-class property management services to some of Fresno’s most distinguished residential and business communities. Was formally known as I&I and was sold in 2016. The new owner did a complete overhaul of the company with the new UNITY name and expanded services.
We were hired to design and develop the new company branding that included the corporate logo, stationery, branding elements, colors, fonts and photography style. We created the look and feel and designed all printed and digital internal documents and consumer materials. We also created design templates for social ads and B2B documents.
